For the Bible Tells Me So (Documentary) (DVD)
This 2008 film examines claims by preachers, teachers, communities that the Bible condemns homosexuality. This is a big issue for many homosexuals who are condemned through and at their places of worship and who struggle with their religious views and their sexuality. The film presents arguments on both sides of the issue but mostly focuses on personal stories that show how families have handled this issue and how devastating the message of condemnation can be. It comes highly recommended for its ability to reconcile being a person of faith as well as a homosexual.
